Hello folks! I hope you’re all doing well. I thought it might be interesting to chat about what you’re doing to cope with the recent heatwave and how you cope with summer in general?
What are the go-to things you must have to get through it? What do you do without the structure of schooling for your child/sibling?
Or anything else generally you’d like to add?
Hi @lola.phoenix great point. Well, I struggle with the heat so just try and have plenty of time in the shade or in doors during the hottest part of the day. I’m a big fan of a giant hat (think Rachel in Friends when they go to the beach) and some massive sunglasses. My brother, on the other hand, hates anything on his head/face - no sunglasses or hat - so it’s more about plenty of suncream and time in the shade or indoors for him when he needs it. How about you?
